- dqpb_2 5y agoYes, practically speaking, having an escape hatch makes a big difference when you work for a bad employer. But I’m not talking about quality of life. I’m talking about the model of decision making and how distributed it is. That is fundamentally more important. Ironically, HN is throttling my account for talking about this.
