I would politely say that that just means it is harder to get things done so you accomplish less and by definition “get less things done” at a BigTechCo Navigating a bureaucracy is a skill. And doing so can help get things done but in and of itself it is not actually getting anything done. Getting things done at a BigTechCo definitely takes more effort.
