This post makes no sense, at all.
1) UniFi devices just recently had a massive security vulnerability. Also not a good idea to be letting third party servers, access your home network, directly via your router
2) Instead of CloudFlare, use something like Unbound. I have mine setup to fetch directly from the Root servers. Why send your DNS queries upstream?
3) Caddy is the one decent thing suggested, however I am skeptical of the benefits of having HTTPS internally in your LAN. If an attacker is in your LAN, then it is already Game Over
