It is without a doubt one of the best books I have ever read. Highly recommended for fans of Finnegan's Barbarian Days.
- misiti3780 5y agopurchased!, although cant seem to see how Barbarian Days is related (it's about surfing, no?)
- cushychicken 5y agoTopically, it's completely unrelated. They are both memoirs, and they strike me as cut from the same cloth in tone and substance. They are both reminiscences to an earlier, much beloved time in someone's life. I really liked both of them, and many of the folks who have read one have liked the other when I've recommended it to them.
