This is immature right now, but it needs users to grow because I think pyflow has it right: it ships a pre-build binary of Python instead of compiling it like pyenv. This makes the result way more reliable, both for a installation success and env congruency.
Just like pyenv, it needs no admin rights, and isolate the python completely from the system. It guaranties that pip, venv and tkinter.
Basically, it removes 90% of the problems you can get when installing Python.
