If you ever look at your server logs and drop the attacking IPs into a GEOIP service, you'll say: "WTF China and Eastern Block?"... When doing so myself, my first thought was: "Well China has a huge population, their absolute number of script-kiddies must be higher", but that wouldn't account for Eastern Block countries (and also the Neatherlands for us). We should also see more bad-traffic from South America and India.
