There is a mention of a "National Interest" clause with EB2. If this is truly the national interest waiver which is an existing mechanism to accelerate residency permits, it means approved entrepreneurs will be able to become legal residents in under a year, versus 7+ years that it often takes for most visas. This would be phenomenal! Looks like finally, the government is doing something right on immigration!
