I think one trick to get around this is by delegating and if possible automating the parts you don't like. Unfortunately its much easier said than done because it takes meticulous planning and long time to set it up. But it can be done and after that you can spend a good amount of time doing what you love and get a lot of help with the parts you don't enjoy. As a matter of fact if you are able to successfully delegate the parts you don't enjoy the overall result is much much better.
