- plandis 5y agoPlus these people straight out of college need mentorship but the best mentors are likely off in industry.
- diskzero 5y agoI also have concerns about the quality of the mentorship based on my earlier experiences. There are high quality mentors to be found, but I agree with you that the ratios are way off compared to the private sector.
