Would recommend shuffle.dev. Purchased the life-time plan a while ago, and use it to bootstrap my landing pages quickly and blog post websites. They look nice and clean, and they have a good variety of starting points. I love being able to export and then modify the code, and push back to GH pages. Makes life so much faster and is the perfect no-code and code hybrid.
