After writing 2 calendar programs, I came to conclusion nothing beats pen and paper for keeping todos and personal tasks. I bought a large wirebound sketchbook, and fine tip pen. Plan my day, then take a photo of my day's or weeks tasks. Very fast to do, plus all the freedom and sensory experience of drawing on paper. Works for me.
I guess its a hybrid of manual and digital.
