EU citizens for sure will be allowed to return, as it has been throughout the entire pandemic. Same generally with EU permanent residents.
There may be quarantine or other obligations however.
- isbvhodnvemrwvn 5y agoNot EU citizens, citizens of a specific country. If you're from Slovakia and there is no direct flight from the US, and the other EU countries ban entry from the US, it's at discretion of individual countries to let you through (or not).
