- bdauvergne 5y agoEnforcing CeCILL in France on the same case would give the same result, if the court use the same interpretation of the law. That's not a problem with the license, it's a problem of the interpretation of copyright law (or "Droit d'auteur") in France with respect to copyleft license (any copyleft license with serious "obligations" to honor, so not BSD and alike, would give the same result).
