- ramblerman 5y agoThis anecdote was cute in college, but doesn't really do much more than inflate our ego as craftsmen. If you want to practically raise your rates understanding basic supply/demand is far more useful.
- davidbanham 5y agoThis advice isn’t about how to price, it’s about how to get over impostor syndrome about your price. The best advice I ever got was “think of the highest number you can say with a straight face, then say that number.”
