Love Pivotal, but also their software development methodology is so different from the rest of industry. Not sure how much the findings of this paper generalize since they’re from a relatively non-standard dev process.
- jacques_chester 5y agoI'm an ex-Pivot. I've seen many of these identified wastes in other organisations. Pivotal was not immune to these wastes, it just had some resistance.
