- sillycross 5y agoJust curious what do you think of this: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=28275197 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=28275197 The above HN thread seems to argue the opposite: the Tabliban fighters are not people who hold firm religious beliefs but more like "mercenary" who switch sides all the time. (Disclaimer: I couldn't read your article till the end since part of it is behind the paywall)
