- ducvinh 5y agoOne of the authors also had a list of articles about this on his website, which I think might be similar to the paper content: http://sedano.org/software-development-wastes/index http://sedano.org/software-development-wastes/index
- leonmoonen 5y agoWhile I agree that the results of publicly funded research should be available as open access, IEEE does not (yet) provide authors universally with that option. However, a quick Google Scholar search would have led you to online copies [1] [1] https://scholar.google.com/scholar?&q=Software%20Development%20Waste https://scholar.google.com/scholar?&q=Software%20Development...
- pabs3 5y agoLooks like it is available on Sci-Hub, or you could probably email the authors and get a copy.
- allenu 5y agoYou may want to read the book Lean Software Development: An Agile Toolkit, it describes waste in the same manner and offers principles to help reduce it.
- LostDiscoveries 5y agoYou can read the paper here: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/313360479_Software_Development_Waste https://www.researchgate.net/publication/313360479_Software_... You do not need an account, you can just download the PDF.
