Yeah, I've heard about how it's "possible" to piece together information about individuals from data-brokers (see nytimes article https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2019/12/19/opinion/location-tracking-cell-phone.html https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2019/12/19/opinion/locat...). But has any entity (outside of the CCP in China) ever done this on a large-enough scale that it would even begin to make sense for a "customer" like a credit reporting agency?
