Fat and sugar are different, does cheese are always with added sugar ?
- p2t2p 5y agoThere’s no sugar in that cheese, at least in Australia. Fat maintains weight on that diet as it replaces carbs as the source of energy (simplified statement, there’s a bit more to it but the end result is fat == maintain weight)
