I don't think this is the case. We aren't seeing as many stories around regular parked vehicles being it, it seems to be mostly patrol vehicles.

- jazzyjackson 5y agopatrol vehicles are the ones stopped on the road partially blocking the lane, so, what's the opposite of survivorship bias?
