I mean, the catalytic converter is going to be like 800° and there's not exactly a big integrated lidar aftermarket yet, so maybe not a great imagined reason to preemptively redline anyone.

- b9a2cab5 5y agoBut there is a large market for server CPUs and presumably FPGAs on eBay. I doubt something like the CPU in a Waymo isn't a commodity off-the-shelf SKU, the brunt of the work is done by TPUs anyways.
