At the very start, almost tipped over. Very low thrust at start, rocket basically hovered and translated horizontally. But managed to climb eventually.
Some puff of smoke before max Q.
Flew to max Q anyway. Then lost control, cartwheeled rapidly.
If it has many engines, then one engine running really rough or not at all would explain it.

Cartwheeling / lack of control only really started after engines stopped firing, which (coincidentally?) is also the flight abort mode of this rocket. So, the apparent lack of control might have been a controlled abort.
