- leephillips 5y agoI had in mind the Iran-Iraq war, which is estimated to have cost a million lives, and for which Carter gave his go-ahead. EDIT: Somehow I didn’t know about Reagan’s providing nuclear technology to Saddam. I’m going to have to read up.
