There's always interbank transfers / ACH as long as they have bank accounts. It's a pain to use though.

There's always interbank transfers / ACH as long as they have bank accounts. It's a pain to use though.
- toomuchtodo 5y agoSo the Fed is rolling out Instant Payments (“Instant ACH”) in 2023, but I did not mention that as it’s to be seen how or if payments are censored passing through that platform.
