One similar thing that I've always wanted is 45° angled mirrored swimming pool glass: this would allow to see incoming swimmers without having to get my head above the water (I like swimming with a snorkel)
- acranox 5y agoRock climbers sometimes use belay glasses. https://www.belayspecs.com/ https://www.belayspecs.com/ I think this is what you are describing, but obviously not tailored for underwater use.
