An advisory saying "there's no proof it works and many people are being harmed". They are "signaling" their position and putting doctors who disagree on notice that they are acting against official advisories. They = The public-private partnership (NIH/CDC/Pfizer/Moderna/JNJ etc) that grants themselves monopoly license AND total legal immunity. Must be nice.
