I also believe its prudent to leave your descendants in a better position if possible. That said, there should be a limit. Theres no reason why you should have more money than you can reasonably spend in a lifetime, even including extreme luxury. Theres no longer a product or service Bezos cant buy. He can buy the 10 most expensive houses,cars and yachts in the world tomorrow. All his extra cash just allows him to buy influence, which should not be for sale.
