Did Biden get a biomedical engineering PhD overnight? Why would the President be the one to make this decision?
- AndrewBissell 5y agoI've updated the title to say that it's the "Biden Administration" that is weighing this decision, which I believe is a more accurate headline. The article says he is in talks with Anthony Fauci about it.
