- CRConrad 5y agoDepends what you mean by "run". If you mean the actual workers in TSMC's clean rooms, then maybe not: Where would they go, where they'd be needed -- when the whole problem in the first place is that the world is dependent on TSMC because there are no chip factories anywhere else?
