I flew to Spain the other day (intra EU). I'm vaccinated but my wife is not, so she did a rapid antigen test the day before. To fly to Spain you need to fill out a form online which generates a QR code, which is then validated when you land. I uploaded the EU-wide certificate which was validated, and out came my code. For my wife I had to manually type in details of the test, it wouldn't let me upload the certificate, but said someone would check it on arrival. When we landed they just scanned the QR codes and sent us on our way... At departure they just asked if we had the QR code. Nobody asked to see her certificate.
