It would be nice. I often use it that way, and it's great until an ad comes on that you want to skip. The worst thing is the ads that don't go away ever unless you click "skip". And my guess is that this is basically the reason it doesn't/won't exist: it would reduce the value from their customer's perspective. Remember the customer is the one who pays for the ads. You are just the bait.
