I have at least one or two games that are essentially ports of short point and click adventures originally made for Android that I beat in under 2 hours. I didn't refund them because these days I have a Software Engineer salary that I'm willing to spread around.
That said I didn't always have such a disposable salary, and in aggregate I have very little sympathy for indie game devs who sell games with 10 minutes of content per dollar. If in a poorer lifetime I bought a game for 9 dollars, then found out in 90 minutes that I had completed it, I would've hit that refund button so damn fast. The alternative to refunding your overly expensive short game isn't not refunding it, it's not ever risking playing it at all.
