What part of the market are you targeting? Up market, I worry a lot of system integrations are too custom/modified to really scale an 'easy migration' tool. Think of ERP for the best example but I see this constantly in ecommerce and as headless/microservices become more mature it's only going to get worse. I'm not clear if you're trying to build an SMB/mid market focused set of scalable migration tools that you either build yourself or have the first few customers offset the dev costs with services OR if you're building an enterprise service business where your scale with automation will be more limited but the TAM would be immensely higher.
