- h2odragon 5y ago"It takes too much money and too long to start up new chip plants" ... so not enough new chip plants have been built? How many bubblelicious billion dollar babies have burst on the market in the last two decades? The phrase "mis-allocation of investment capital" seems to be floating around like a persistent fart here.
