You're asking the wrong question.
It should be: Why is there no disincentive to take unfair advantage of cheap foreign labor?
- axelroze 5y agoWhy there should be? We live in a global free trade era. Every entity buys cheapest and sells dearest as they can to the best of the information they have. Labour is just one more thing available for buying. Not saying this is the best possible humans can do but in the current world economic system it makes no sense for anyone to dis incentivise employing cheaper foreign labour.
