I am starting back into an IT field this week after a 5 year hiatus, and I am full of insecurity & doubt. Reading this makes me want to cry.
- npteljes 5y agoI feel for you. What do you doubt and feel insecure about?
- pessimizer 5y agoI've been trying to get back in, too, but its very hard to find a company that isn't doing bad things, and you're compensated for the degree to which you make those things worse. It makes you want to cry, but it's honestly killing me. I hope you picked a job that forces you into the fewest ethical dilemmas and treats you well.
