I might be remembering this incorrectly, but I don't think that Windows 3.0 even had support for TCP/IP networking by default.
- JonathonW 5y agoNor did 3.1. Windows for Workgroups 3.11 did eventually get a first-party TCP/IP stack from Microsoft (as an add-on), but TCP/IP was largely the domain of third-party products up until Windows 95.
