A decade and a half of instability: The history of Google messaging apps
- chunkyks 5y agoMy phone literally just forced me to stop using hangouts to chat with my wife, and now I have to wade through the Gmail app just to send her an instant message. I have total confidence that this isn't the last time. But even worse, maybe it is ; maybe the level of corporate incompetence is such that this, with by far the worst interface yet, will be the one that sticks.
