This triggers a lymphocytic reaction that attacks the damage (the blood vessel walls that once expressing the mRNA now look like viruses to be destroyed) which induces clots and more cell damage. Look up "microclots" and "Dimer D tests". The COVID spike protein IS cytotoxic when expressed by any cell in the body (which happens with the mRNA "vaccine"). People who say otherwise are simply lying or so ignorant of basic molecular biology as to be irrelevant to the discussion.
