As far as I can tell the current temple at Somnath was built in 1951, hardly ancient.
- dotancohen 5y agoWikipedia mentions that Muslim invaders have destroyed the temple multiple times over the centuries.
- CrazyStat 5y agoYes, that's why I said current. I see nothing indicating that the arrow to the south pole predates the 1951 construction.
