Even though I disagree, this post predates that argument: it shows how easy collisions are,against the one in a trillion argument. Maybe someone sends you some unsuspicious pictures and you get a visit by the FBI, or some apple (outsourced) employee reviewing them. maybe it happens with some photo you take, who knows. This is not a slippery slope, this is what can happen with the process as defined by Apple.
