I'm sorry to hear that you're close to burning out. Having a family definitely complicates the situation. I imagine it's much harder to fly with the wind when you're helping carry others. If your work is remote, perhaps a change of scenery might suffice? I've been working from Albania, and with timezones, that basically means I get to go to the beach in the morning, then start work at 2PM-10:30PM.
