I'm trying to cancel my SimpliSafe service, but their offboarding-friction is much lower-tech than Adobe's. To cancel, SimpliSafe makes you call their customer support during business hours, and they just don't pick up! It'd be easier if my credit card let me audit and block recurring charges from my end, without ever having to interact with the company I'm giving the boot to.
