What’s the incentive for you and your recruitment team to hustle in finding suitable candidates for clients?
It’s a talent driven market—- hard to imagine even the most altruistic recruiter essentially sharing his hard earned placement fee.
- pyxisedge 5y agoHi, thanks for the question. We gift the net agency fee (so the placement fee minus the operating costs of the agency). So that is just normal work & commission for the agents. The overall agency profits, which owners or shareholders would receive is gifted to the worker.
