I doubt this has any legal standing, but I think the record company should have "did the right thing" and gave him some royalties. At least once it was clear that this was going to be one of the biggest albums of all time.

The guy is on the picture. He has probably been butt of jokes his entire life. He has legal standing. Legal standing has nothing to do with whether he is or isn't right. It just allows him to present the case.
- dec0dedab0de 5y agoOh, I guess I meant that I don't think he has a chance of winning. Thank you for pointing that out, I didn't realize standing was an actual legal term.
