I don't think the lawsuit will go anywhere, but I'm also not sure how much choice he would have had for the 10th anniversary cover. He would have still been young - what, 12 or 13 at the oldest? - and could have easily been forced into it by his parents. But I am pretty sure that - as long as he wasn't fairly poor (which warps perception) - he could have told them no on the 20th and 25th.
