- gsaines 15y agoThat certainly would be satisfying. A few days ago I got a survey request from a company I had recently ordered from and they were using the same old "manage your preferences" link. I wished there was something I could do to let them know how frustrated I was about getting that email and the fact they made me work for 5 minutes to unsubscribe!
