Yes, Scylla does what it says. Used it in a prior adtech company and it beat everything else at that time for a very intensive key/value workload that also needed multi-regional replication. The adtech industry also uses Aerospike heavily but that (at the time) had many replication data model issues compared to Scylla/Cassandra.
