- ghaff 5y agoLLCs and contracts don't solve the complexity of coordinating a large group of people especially as in this case when the season for using the house as a group family vacation place was really less than three months.
- JAlexoid 5y agoContracts that set out the rules - work best. If you buy a share in a property with the understanding that you have first-come-first-serve booking of timeslots - all other arrangements are based on good will alone. That beats arguing in an extended family without set out rules.
