Italian alphabet is very simple. Only add some accented letters to the base english alphabet (àèéìòù and uppercase variants). Still today I see a lot of Latin 1 / UTF-8 mixed errors. That's the reason why is very common to see "E'" in official documents instead of "È" and so on.
- q-rews 5y agoNo, the reason for E’ is that it doesn’t appear on the keyword and there’s no obvious way to make it work. You’ll also occasionally see PERCHè for the same reason. Also non-digital natives don’t really know the difference between É and E’ on paper, they all look the same.
